Dandenong Range National Park
2024/5/19 By Hao Jin, Jasper Liang, Jerry Deng
Dandenong Ranges National Park is part of an Aboriginal cultural landscape in the traditional Country of the Wurundjeri People.
It was a rainy day again. It was also my (Kimi) first time to Dandenong Range National Park. After taking a 1 hour train plus bus trip, we arrived at the Park.
It was also the first time that we would like to equip ourselves with some high tech - drones! Even though it was rainy, super windy, we still tried the take-off (and that was successful).
We were very lucky, on the half way of the famous 1000 steps (Kokoda Track Memorial Walk), captured and interacted with the lyrebird, which is either of two species of ground-dwelling Australian birds.
